The Temples of Angkor
Photo assignment at the Angkor temple complex in Cambodia

Deeg Palace
Deeg was the capital of the Jat kings before they shifted to Bharatpur. The Deeg palace was built in 1772 as a luxurious summer resort for Indian rulers. The palaces were used by the maharajas till the early 1970s.

Gwalior Fort
Gwalior Fort is an 8th-century hill fort near Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, central India. The fort consists of a defensive structure and two main palaces, Gurjari Mahal and Man Mandir, built by Man Singh Tomar.

Teli ka mandir
The Teli ka Mandir is the tallest and most stunning monument temple in the compound of the Gwalior Fort. It was used as a soda factory and coffee shop by the British after the Indian Uprising. The hybrid design of Teli ka Mandir incorporates a Dravidian square roof and Indo-Aryan decorations. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the Pratihara temple is covered with sculptures and a Garuda tops its 5m-high doorway.

Saas-Bahu Temple
It was named SahastraBahu, depicting Lord Vishnu with a thousand hands. Lord Vishnu was worshiped by the wife of Kachchhapaghata's king, but when his son's wife came, she became a devotee of Lord Shiva. Thus, another temple beside Vishnu temple was built, where Lord Shiva was worshiped by the wife of the king's son. Collectively, these two temples were named 'Sas-Bahu temple', meaning the daughter-in-law and mother-in-law's temple.
