White paper on Interactive Voice Response

Abhimanyu presented his white paper on the "Design and Usability of Interactive Voice Response Systems for Emerging Markets" at the Human Computer Interaction International conference 2005 in Las Vegas, NV, in which he redefined the usability design standards for IVR design in the Indian context, which is extremely complex owing to multiple spoken languages and dialects, and to which none of the then international standards applied.
